    Under-represented areas of philosophy

In case your reading list has gotten too short, here's a wealth of topics to consider: Syllabi on Underrepresented Areas of Philosophy.

I'm particularly excited to see Indigenous Philosophy included- I've heard that such classes are offered, but it never seemed available. The titles look fascinating, especially under "the moral inclusion of non-humans."

The Latin-American philosophy would definitely be interesting depending on how it is presented. Many of the readings have some intriguing links between philosophy and history there, which could form the basis of a profound Continental-esque analysis.

In undergrad I took a class on "Philosophy of human sexuality" which was a mix of gender, LGBTQ, and power philosophies.

I wish it wasn't so obscure. There's a real value in people being exposed to those kinds of things. It's amazing how much people ignorantly shape the world with very typical behaviors, and then turn around and feel like they don't influence anything. Sigh.

I took a class like that, but it was sociology, not philosophy.

Obviously, I now expect everyone to praise me based on how enlightened I am, now that I revealed that. I only did it for the mind control benefits, though. Mind control is pretty much why I do or say anything.
