There's three cameras used in this thread. My main camera is a Sony A6000, which is a great little portable camera.

There's also my cellphone, a Huawei P20 pro
And finally, my old camera is a Pentax k-x which I really liked

Almost every photo is actually a composite of up to three exposures (the star trails pic is actually a couple of thousand overlaid photos) the ones where I got rid of all the people are up to 30 photos combined.

Camera phones are getting very good, so I'm not even sure I'll be getting another full size DSLR, let alone a "proper" dedicated camera.

Yeah, I used to pine for a really good wide angle dslr lens. Not anymore. 9 times out of 10 if it's a wide angle shot that's needed, the phone cam is the way to go.

I've yet to put my P20 to a full auto bracketing test. I dislike that phone camera based HDR modes are giving HDR a bad name, as-if people turning the tome mapping up to 11 on PCs isn't bad enough [and then seeing hundreds of goons who don't even know they're looking at some terrible filtering and loving it on flickr]

My biggest concerns with cell phone cameras are the cheap lenses, pincushion, barrel effect, fish eye looking, aspherical distortion etc.

Some of the fast processing of the newer camera phones can really do some HDR-like effects normally now, it won't be long until HDR-like features will establish a normative baseline expectation, in that other cameras will not "see" things, or have very good poor light out-of-the-box functionality.

The very perception of what-is a "real" image will have its line blurred as "effects" are increasingly done in-camera.
