    I didn't say she wouldn't get caught.

    It depends a bit on how she knows her current insurance won't repair her windshield. If it's because her claim was denied, then yeah, she's likely to get caught. If it's because she looked over her policy beforehand and determined they won't cover it--what record would they have to compare?

    This also assumes the windshield is broken for reasons other than a reported incident.

    I'm just going to wait until another rock hits it. Shouldn't be too long considering I take the interstate everyday. GEICO wouldn't cover my windshield despite having full coverage because at the time of the incident my policy fell under Illinois law.
