I will entertain fractional votes in a category that equal 1.0 (Fun for the Ne to puzzle out the voters ID)
I will impose a reporting black-out for the first 24 Hours. Thereafter, I will keep two votes in in reserve till the very end.
Further, I will only report ballots when I have to two or more above the 2-in-the-hole reserve. (This is to mitigate Ne attempts to ID the voter by ballot choices.)
As usual, participation in the Awards Categories Thread was hilarious and thought provoking too. Unfortunately there is a limit and traditional categories account for most slots. Thanks to all that have provided input thus far.
