I remember that I used to spend a lot more time just thinking.

I was spending a lot more time getting up and pushing buttons on the satellite box.

arranging and attaching post-it pads into a rainbow gradient so it’s like a keyboard of color. can you imagine?!

i have this on my desk and it’s so beautiful
    it's weird but fascinating.

My lady said she's the happiest she's ever been in her life. It made me feel pretty f'in good, like I've really achieved something as a human being, although she achieved it herself too.

I made my dice collection into a rainbow on my desk one time and it made me happy...but I couldn't keep it because the cat (I only had one then) and because dice make a terrible work surface.

Had some waffles in the freezer for the last 3 months.
Bought them randomly and Rev kept asking when we were actually going to use them, he last asked this morning.

Well this evening we decided to have pie & chips to discover we'd ran out of chips. Waffles to the rescue.

Also, finally remembered that Rev doesn't take sugar in his tea (weirdo).

But I did still forget that he hates vinegar.

    .. I'm getting there.

I had to google this to find out what you meant by pie in this context, since pie and chips sounds like an odd combo. What we North American's would call meat pie and chips seems reasonable.

OTOH, in the same context, waffles as a substitute for chips seems a bit weird. Unless for you Brits waffles aren't really waffles. One never knows.
