    Oscar Ballot Contest & Comments - 2016

Welcome to the 2016 Academy Awards Ballot Contest!!

Grand Prize - $50 (fifty USD) Gift Card for Amazon!

Other swag items to be up for prizes as well.

Everyone who enters will automatically entered to win 2 (two) movie passes to a major theater chain.

No obligation. Guessing perfectly acceptable. This is America, who doesn’t love a good pool??

Rules are simple. Select the winners for each of the 24 categories of this year’s Academy Awards. Each correct pick is worth one point. Person with the most total points wins. Tiebreakers to be used only in the event of a tie.

Notices & Disclaimers: No cheating! Only one entry per person. To be eligible, you must have been signed up & member in good standing at INTPComplex by Feb 16, 2016. All entries must be posted in this thread by Sunday, Feb 28th 2016 at 4:59 PM, Pacific Standard Time. No editing or manipulating ballots past that time. You may mark an X, bold, underline, whatever you want to do to distinguish what your selection is but it must be clear to me who your winner is. Only one winner may be selected per category. In the event of an internet answer leak, contest becomes null and void. Not responsible for site malfunctions or internet outages. Like I always say, don’t let your P bite you in the butt from getting a ballot in on time! Judge & provider becomes sole arbiter of what is holy & acceptable. Contest is meant for fun. Don’t kill it for me or others who want to participate.

Also, this thread is perfect for & invites any Oscar related-ish comments.

    Any questions?

I wish you all the best of luck!

    Thanks for participating! Enjoy!

Every year, I've seen fewer and fewer of these. Unless Deadpool makes it, I rather doubt I'll have seen any of them next year. I've almost lost all interest in movies as a storytelling format.
--Mention of these things is so taboo, they aren't even allowed a name for the prohibition. It is just not done.

I mostly watch serials--shows on Hulu etc. And reading of course. Still do a fair amount of that. Doubly so if you count subtitles.
