I have two night stand lamps in each side of the bed for reading but I turned them off when I go to sleep. I find it hard to sleep when the lights are on.

I put my phone to Do Not Disturb mode after 11pm but should receive weather or emergency alerts like hail or tornado.

1, if my computer is plugged in and charging. Otherwise 0. I do have both phones in my room at night, but I live in a shared house so there really isn't another good place to put them, and I use one of them as an alarm clock.

I do have serious light sensitivity issues though, so I use an eye mask. Depending on the time of day, there might be daylight, moonlight, or light around the edges of my bedroom door, and all will mess with my ability to sleep.

I'm in the market for a new eye mask though. The elastic is really dead on mine and they never completely blocked out the light. Also, I have the tendency to sleep with my eyes open, or to blink a lot in the middle of the night. When I wear an eye mask that touches my eyes I end up with super crusty eyes when I wake up in the morning.

I'm very tuned in to light as a wake up cue. If I have to wake up early I tie up the curtain so I get morning light. That plus the light on my alarm clock gradually brightening means I usually wake up before it starts to beep. Infinitely preferable to being torn out of sleep.

A sleep mask would disrupt that process. Luckily my room is dark enough without it.

Just the display on a digital alarm clock, so 1, I guess.

Or does that count as 4?

    I'm counting clocks as one.

They need to make almost-always-on LEDs with IR detectors so they could all be shut off with one remote. They need to make rebooting easier too. Just a switch instead of unplugging cables.
I will accept no further friend requests. This doesn't mean I don't love you or anything so don't be offended.

Power strip has a lit up button to show it's on, but it's under a table, so I can't see it...nevermind all the stuff on my floor, hahaha.
There is a tiny light on my tv which shows it is off, but plugged in.
I have an alarm clock with huge numbers, but it is rather dimly lit.

I will count 3, if we include the power strip.
