    It's not really self-improvement but I don't know where else to put this:

    I just signed up for Trim at asktrim.com. The main feature that attracted me is that it's supposed to negotiate on your behalf to save money on cable/internet bills. You know how a lot of people call and complain or threaten to cancel so they can get reduced bills? Supposedly Trim will do this for you. I just signed up so I don't know how well it's going to work, but I'll report back on what happens.

    @jigglypuff not sure if you'd be interested but I found an app called Uplifter which has sessions on leveraging your mood. I can't explain it properly but yeah

    Well that was quick. My internet bill is now 25% lower for the next 12 months. I also got a $20 "loyalty credit" for some reason. I feel a little guilty and I'm not sure why.

    i tried this and deleted it within a few days, cuz with just the basic no-upgrade version there was a lot of repetition and just asking the same questions.

    the idea of it is fine, but i guess i'd keep a paper journal for that sort of thing.
