    You could try adderall.
    It's supposed to help with concentration.
    However, being that it's a psychiatric drug, I'm sure it's not healthy to use long-term or in recommended doses.

    But exercise, especially cardiovascular exercise, not only helps with blood circulation and burning excess energy, but it also releases a proper amount of serotonin that relaxes and focuses the mind. Exercise is in a lot of ways a natural antidepressant.

    As a simplified response, how is it much different from giving sound byte advice over the internet?

    Seemed like it could be a useful, easy way to conceptualize the emotional rationalization processes... *shrug*
