    They don't like to share.

Plantation owners feared Abolitionists; without field workers, they were toast.

    and so on...

    The theatrics are manipulative.

As far as Feminazis taking over, fear not, there will always be jobs in the technological industry.

until the feminazis bring in quotas that say that 50% of the technology sector work force have to be women, 10% have to be gay, 9% have to be trans, 10% have to be black males, 10% have to be hispanic males, 10% have to be asian males and 1% have to be white males

Yeah, that is a scary thought. Equality of outcome is the worst idea since... actually, I can't think of anything.

Why Google's Employee Diversity Programs Are Doomed To Fail
    Michael Thomsen , Contributor

Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own.

Google GOOGL -2.44% would like to hire more women. The company has been dominated by a majority white male demographic for its entire history, with women accounting for only 30% of its employees and blacks accounting for a minuscule 2%. But in the last year the company has begun taking steps toward ridding itself of what HR executive Laszlo Bock attributes to unconscious bias, a psychological theory that suggests people build up undetected prejudices based on social and political forces around them. The New York Times’ Farhad Manjoo was given a guided look at how the company is trying to correct for this unfortunate imperfection of the human brain by offering diversity training workshops to encourage employees to be more self-aware about behaviors that may be unconsciously hostile toward those from different backgrounds.

It’s easy to miss the transference at work in this policy, using a theory built on the corrupting effects of superstructures and using it as a catalyst to encourage employees to instead focus on their individual behavior. The immediate results haven’t added diversity to the company so much as it has created another vector for hierarchical authority to express itself, empowering individuals to act out in retribution against others with the security of a boss-backed ethic of taboos. As Manjoo notes, this has led to people literally yelling out “unconscious bias” in meetings to correct lousy or potentially offensive language, including during a moment when a man and woman who shared an office at the company were jokingly asked which of them does the dishes during a presentation, which prompted an immediate repudiation from an attendee.

The lack of diversity at Google has less to do with the confluence of 52,000 unconsciously biased souls and more to do with the company’s core structure, which would remain bluntly antagonistic toward behavioral and political diversity even with a more colorful company photo. Supporting a culture of diversity at Google wouldn’t start with giving employees new ways to hector one another but would entail radically altering what the company is working to achieve, and at a fundamental level that would mean acknowledging the company has grown bigger than it can reasonably justify.

Endocrine disruptor chemicals in every day products are gender bending people and causing a variety of health problems

Chemicals used to make everyday items linked to brain disorders in children, study finds
Increase in chemical production has led to 'widespread contamination' in products such as plastics and furniture which could pose 'real risks' for child development and health, warns report

Exposure to chemicals used to manufacture everyday items such as cosmetics, furniture and plastics could be linked to brain development disorders in children, a medical review has found.

A report published in Endocrine Connections found that a number of common chemicals can interfere with thyroid hormone actions – which are essential for normal brain development of children – in pregnant women.

The increase in chemical production has led to “widespread environmental chemical contamination”, the review found, stating that thyroid-disrupting chemicals in the environment pose “real risks” for child development and health.

The review, by the French National Centre for Scientific Research at Paris-Sorbonne University, examined published evidence of chemicals, such as pesticides and those used in the manufacture of drugs, cosmetics, furniture and plastics, that can all interfere with thyroid hormones.

It warned that current public health policy “does not fully address the risks to vulnerable populations”.

Professor Barbara Demeneix, from the university, said: “We have reviewed the documented exposures of pregnant women and children to mixtures of thyroid-hormone-disrupting chemicals and propose that the data sets provide a plausible link to the recent increased incidence of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorders and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.

The Drugging of the American Boy

By the time they reach high school, nearly 20 percent of all American boys will be diagnosed with ADHD. Millions of those boys will be prescribed a powerful stimulant to "normalize" them. A great many of those boys will suffer serious side effects from those drugs. The shocking truth is that many of those diagnoses are wrong, and that most of those boys are being drugged for no good reason—simply for being boys. It's time we recognize this as a crisis.

If you have a son, you have a one-in-seven chance that he has been diagnosed with ADHD. If you have a son who has been diagnosed, it's more than likely that he has been prescribed a stimulant—the most famous brand names are Ritalin and Adderall; newer ones include Vyvanse and Concerta—to deal with the symptoms of that psychiatric condition.

The Drug Enforcement Administration classifies stimulants as Schedule II drugs, defined as having a "high potential for abuse" and "with use potentially leading to severe psychological or physical dependence." (According to a University of Michigan study, Adderall is the most abused brand-name drug among high school seniors.) In addition to stimulants like Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse, and Concerta, Schedule II drugs include cocaine, methamphetamine, Demerol, and OxyContin.

According to manufacturers of ADHD stimulants, they are associated with sudden death in children who have heart problems, whether those heart problems have been previously detected or not. They can bring on a bipolar condition in a child who didn't exhibit any symptoms of such a disorder before taking stimulants. They are associated with "new or worse aggressive behavior or hostility." They can cause "new psychotic symptoms (such as hearing voices and believing things that are not true) or new manic symptoms." They commonly cause noticeable weight loss and trouble sleeping. In some children, some stimulants can cause the paranoid feeling that bugs are crawling on them. Facial tics. They can cause children's eyes to glaze over, their spirits to dampen. One study reported fears of being harmed by other children and thoughts of suicide.

A longitudinal study led by Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the NIH found subtle, estrogen-like responses in infants fed soy formula versus breast milk, and apparently versus cows’ formula, too.

This is obviously important news for new and expectant mothers who may not be able to breastfeed. The American Academy of Pediatrics strongly recommends breastfeeding but soy is a commonly recommended alternative to breast milk because many babies cannot digest cow-milk formula.

Virginia A. Stallings, MD, director of the Nutrition Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) said:

Soy formula contains high concentrations of plant-based estrogen-like compounds, and because this formula is the sole food source for many babies in the first six months of life, it’s important to understand the effects of exposure to such compounds during a critical period in development.

Like other estrogen-mimicking chemicals found in the environment, genistein can alter the body’s endocrine system and potentially interfere with normal hormonal development. In laboratory studies genistein causes abnormal reproductive development and function in rodents, but little is known about its effects on infants.

The main differences we found related to different feeding preferences were among the girls,” said Stallings. Compared to girls fed cow-milk formula, those fed soy formula had developmental trajectories consistent with responses to estrogen exposure. Vaginal cell MI was higher and uterine volume decreased more slowly in soy-fed girls, both of which suggest estrogen-like responses. The study team found similar patterns in differences between soy-fed girls and breastfed girls.

“We don’t know whether the effects we found have long-term consequences for health and development, but the question merits further study,” said Stallings.
