It's easy to get a job at wal-mart. just answer the questions how you would want your future employees to answer the questions. Being realistic the people who tend to apply at wal mart are algae. Most of the algae floating across your midst are random, but some were meant to float there for a purpose. I gather that your purpose is higher than the other fishies because you have been swimming so hard. And you have some knowledge that the other fishies don't. If I came across someone who said "ISFP" in wal-mart I'd jive, jimmy, and jump for joy right there.

Thanks. I found out that I received a 'competitive' aka passing score on the assessment. I am glad. I received a call from the career counselor from Peoplescout yesterday, but I missed the call. The voicemail said that she has a job offer for me. I wonder what it is. I'll find out Monday hopefully.

Well, Walmart is paying a higher starting wage ($11), so perhaps that will attract less algae-like employees. LOL

    Yeah.

I wonder if a devout applicant would lie.

I would check online for better answers to how the results are interpreted.
    This is the answer.

That equates to less than the Minimum Wage here in the UK.
