They should post signs for people navigating a new relationship with an infp. Theyíd read, ďCAUTION: BUTTHURTEDNESS AHEADĒ or WARNING: FALLING TEARS

Just kidding. I drink tears. I donít expel them from my eyes.

    oh, that's surprising.

i can't even imagine a 30 yr old intp getting infatuated with anyone but it's probably true intps become warmer/softer with age.

^ edit: i only say this for myself; i haven't felt infatuation since i was 18 and i've never outwardly expressed it.

I donít like cheesy usually, but he pulls it off.

Also, I feel like now is the time we notice that Iím really the neurotic one, on a forum not even two dates in, trying to find a reason to self sabatage a lovely connection. Lolololcries.
That's why I asked what your problem was. Looks like you're afraid of abandonment. I find it odd someone would be worrying about not dating anymore when they have only just had a first date.

    FINE! You got me.
Thatís why I act as crazy as possible on the internet. In the hopes of putting off manifesting it in my relationships for as long as possible.
I give it three months. ::drinks::

I was worried once about a girl I had dated just 1 time but it was because I couldn't perform nicely in bed for some psychological reason. And she was a goddess.
Most of the time I do like the drama tho.
Usually it's really simple. Think of how likely it is you both end your lives together.
    Okay, now you know.
Like elon musk would say, chances are 1 in a billion.

    Pureviolence- thanks for the perspective.
    Oddly helpful.

Also I should edit my previous statement, we have been on two dates. We go on our third tomorrow. I misspoke.

We have to meet in the middle because we live a ways away from each other, and the second date we were driving around at the end of the night looking for a place to mess around like teenagers. It was pathetic.
This is intense, gross, teenager infatuation.

My best friend is INFP. You guys are very dogmatic in love.

Don't give it three months, or anything. You're putting yourself in the role of someone being evaluated and that's not fun.
