The phrase by itself is lacking in detail. I intended the phrase to be interpreted based on what I had said in the preceding posts and assumed that people reading it would understand that the word development referred to child development and were familiar with the stage of child development that I was referring to.

I can see that I didn't include enough detail in that post as well as the preceding posts.

I am not the best communicator so I appreciate your patience. Hopefully it is now clear what I was trying to say.
    Big change is coming

"Developmental disorder" has a meaning, which is the following:

Developmental disorders are better called neurodevelopmental disorders. Neurodevelopmental disorders are neurologically based conditions that can interfere with the acquisition, retention, or application of specific skills or sets of information. They may involve dysfunction in attention, memory, perception, language, problem-solving, or social interaction. These disorders may be mild and easily manageable with behavioral and educational interventions, or they may be more severe and affected children may require more support.

    Neurodevelopmental disorders include

    Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
    Autism spectrum disorders
Learning disabilities, such as dyslexia and impairments in other academic areas
    Intellectual disability
    Rett syndrome

    ---

If the above is not what you meant, then do not use the term. In fact, probably avoid talking about anything under the realm of this topic because if you aren't aware of the most basic terminology of the subject, you are too stupid to have an educated opinion about existence of said conditions.

For fuck's sake, Heph. You're adding nothing to whatever this is.

On the contrary, I got exactly what I was aiming at.
People think they understand their own mortality, even when that understanding has just changed.
