Soups, roasts, salads, juiced, whatever -- I don't really mind it, I just appreciate it for what it is from a culinary and/or nutritional standpoint. But I don't love it.

I do like it as part of veggie platters with ranch dip or sour cream & onion dip.

Whatever, man. Just stop being a pussy and have a stalk.

Stir fry with carrots, cabbage and tofu with a little soy sauce and oyster sauce, possibly teriyaki if you're white and need sugar sauce on your vegetables
    Vitamin K good, antioxidants good

I would never, ever bother with it if single

A while ago I was complaining about celery turning into a ball of string whenever I eat it raw

So BarIII's weird ass uploaded a video all about deveining celery

I don't remember much of it just that his hands are hairy (were hairy?* where the fuck is bar at)

Good celery should be crunchy, not stringy.

They need lots of water and nutrient-dense soil to grow well.
I like celery a lot, but I find that it shines best when paired with chicken. Maybe it's because 'things that grow together, go together'? so like, celery benefits from high nitrogen, and chicken poop is high in nitrogen?

    I dunno. It's awesome.
