On the tip of your tongue

A thread for little chunks of memories seeking to build a whole.

I'm looking for a performance art piece that I once loved, but for the life of me, I can't remember the name of it because it was in French and because it's been so long since I've watched it.

There are multiple dancers in shiny clothes jumping off of a revolving staircase and bouncing, then landing back onto the staircase. Eventually most of the people are gone and it's the lone dude jumping at the end.

What's the name of this performance?

Fun fiction: they used to have five guys in that piece but one night, during a long rehearsal, the fifth guy forgot he was exiting and tumbled off the outside staircase. He still bounced, just not as high, and is quoted as saying "Fuck this, I'm out."
"Just because it's 2020 doesn't mean everyone has perfect vision."--catchphrase of a fictional comedian in some movie
