That's because it's stupid. Even the name is stupid.

This just in: I'm accepting all friend requests too unless you're a fricken jerk and I can't stand your existence and inane drivel. If that's the case, then I'll accept your friend request so I can keep an eye on your ass unless you don't hold any interest for me; then only the threat of keeping my eye on you stands. feces

The name really is. Internet Explorer is even a cheesy name, but back when the Internet was this hokey wild west thing barely a step beyond BBS's, I guess the idea of Exploring made sense. But a Safari? Are there lions? Gazelles? Can I shoot a rhino?

    ^^^ See above.
I never go on Safari. Okay, the school system has used it but I rarely needed it. I need a trip, but not that kind.

Name a Browser St. Martins or Bahamas and I'm there, okay? Chincoteague? OOh, oh, deep sea fishing. How about Pacific, or spacific depending on how spastic the browser is.

Is Safari any worse a name than Opera?
--Mention of these things is so taboo, they aren't even allowed a name for the prohibition. It is just not done.

Don't worry. None of that even bothers me. If the damned thing is at least functional and holds the things I need it to, I'm all good. Browsers are like having the right hand bag. You have to have it to go where you want and take what you want. I won't even tell you the multi-functionality of my purse which is like a hand bag, napsack, all-purpose file, and stuff. So, browsers have to be like that.

They should name one Bowser, like a family dog name. Dogs like to go everywhere with you and they make you feel way better. Yep, that would work. Now, what the hell ever was the topic of this thread again?
